Clear space and sizing

Keep clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "R" in the wordmark on all four sides. Nothing should sit inside that boundary, including partner logos, text, or the edge of a slide.

Don't stretch or condense it
Don't recolor it or apply gradients
Don't add shadows, outlines, or glows
Don't rotate it
Don't place it on a busy photo without a solid backing shape

Typography

RiseNow runs two type systems. The web system uses fonts that install anywhere for free. The deck and print system uses fonts built for Microsoft Office and printed materials. Use the set that matches what you're building and don't mix them.

On the web

Sora sets headings, DM Sans sets body copy, and Newsreader italic handles short accent words inside a heading usually only one to three words. All three are available free through Google Fonts and render consistently across browsers and operating systems. If you're building a co-branded web page and want to match RiseNow's type, these are the fonts to install.

Built by practitioners
Sora, 600 weight. Headings and display.
practitioners
Newsreader italic, 400 weight. One to three word accents inside a heading.
Procurement and supply chain, from strategy through execution.
DM Sans, 400 weight. Body copy and captions.

In decks and printed materials

Bahnschrift Light Condensed sets slide titles and section headers. Its condensed form keeps long headings readable without shrinking the type size. Sitka Display italic carries the same short-accent role that Newsreader italic plays on the web: a single word or a short phrase, not a full line. DM Sans is shared across both systems and handles all body copy, callouts, and footnotes. For eyebrows and labels that sit above a title, set DM Sans in all caps with wider letterspacing. It reads cleanly at small sizes and anchors the hierarchy below a Bahnschrift header.

Built by practitioners
Bahnschrift Light Condensed. Slide titles and section headers. Do not use bold weight.
practitioners
Sitka Display italic, 400 weight. Short accents only — same one-to-three-word rule as Newsreader on the web.
Procurement and supply chain, from strategy through execution.
DM Sans, 400 weight. Body copy on slides, in print, and for callout text.
Client outcomes
DM Sans, 500 weight, all caps. Eyebrows, labels, and small section headers above a title.

Bahnschrift and Sitka Display ship with Windows and Microsoft Office. They are not installed on macOS by default, so a deck built on a Mac will substitute them without warning. If you can't install them, use Arial Narrow in place of Bahnschrift and Georgia italic in place of Sitka. Send final files as PDF so the type holds regardless of where it's opened.

The Bahnschrift and Sitka specimens above render in their fallback fonts on macOS or any system without Office installed.

How we describe ourselves

A few things to keep in mind when you're writing about RiseNow.

We're practitioner-led, and that's the point. Our people have done this work inside procurement and supply chain organizations before they advised on it. That framing matters more to us than firm size or category labels.

Please don't describe us as boutique. We also avoid superlatives and industry filler, so language like "best-in-class" or "cutting-edge" isn't a fit. Direct and specific reads better than promotional.

Co-branded lockups

When RiseNow appears alongside a partner logo, set both at equal optical weight rather than matching pixel height. The gap between each mark and the divider must be equal on both sides, so the divider sits exactly at center.

The divider mark is determined by the context, not personal preference. For case studies, the X mark is the correct separator. It keeps both brands at equal footing. For co-branded web pages, event signage, etc. where both logos appear together as sponsors or co-hosts, use the pipe instead. The pipe is quieter and works better when the lockup sits at the top of a page where more content follows. Do not swap these.
